Where does responsibility lie? If you could pick just 3 issues that are really important, what would they be and why?)</p> <p>- Overall thoughts on how the channel can be made into an environmentally aware TV Channel</p> <p>(What tone of voice should the channel have? How balance appealing to a wide audience alongside more expert/interested viewers?
